Victoria – Melbourne Zoo Family Fun Day Bald Canvas  – Nov 13

This event is part of The Bald Canvas Initiative, which aims to spread awareness about alopecia while having fun and making unique art all at the same time, by making bald heads into canvases for beautiful artwork! The Melbourne Zoo Family Fun Day will have facepaint artists painting gorgeous animal inspired artworks for any kids (and big kids) in our AAAF Community!

Western Australia – Perth Annual Boldest Brunch High Tea – Nov 19

AAAF’s WA branch is hosting a Boldest Bald Brunch as a fun and tasty way to get together and support people with Alopecia Areata. Come together for a fabulous time with friends, have a delicious brunch all while raising awareness for an amazing cause. What could be better?

New South Wales – Morning Tea by the Sea – Nov 20

Come along to the Clifton Gardens Reserve and meet fellow Alopecian’s, chat and share stories, have a laugh, enjoy a fun and casual morning. Plus, we will have goodie bags and help answer any questions you may have about Alopecia and give the support you or a family member/friend may need.

Queensland – Bald Canvas on the Beach – Nov 20

This Bald Canvas Event is a free, family friendly gathering being held for Alopecia Awareness Week at Sutton Beach in Redcliffe. There will be Henna Head painting and Face painting. The venue has a kids playground and is on the waterfront at the beach, so bring the family and your friends. You can pack a picnic lunch or buy from the local shops
