AAAF is hosting two fun, family-friendly events at Mega Adventure Park Adelaide during Alopecia Areata Awareness week. Event 1 will be on Sunday, 15th Nov, and Event 2 will be on Saturday, 21st of Nov. For both events, arrive at 1.30pm for a 2pm start on activities.

Booking and payments are needed at least 5 days before the event.
- All attendees wishing to take part in activities will need to pre-pay for us to book for you. Information about how to pay will be available at the end of this form.
- AAAF will reimburse on the day the costs for people with a form of Alopecia Areata. Each individual with AA can only be reimbursed for attending one event, not both, though you are welcome to book and attend both weekends if you wish.
Activity cost information:
$35 per person for children between 90 – 140cm, 1 hour of activities (Note that a parent/guardian is required to assist from the ground).
$55 per person for those over 140cm, 2 hours of activities.
The event is free to attend for those who do not wish to take part in activities, but you MUST complete the booking form. We have a maximum number of attendees we can have at the event. The venue has a cafe and picnic tables, and all are welcome to attend for a catch up, coffee and chat. You can stay and hang out for as long as you like after activities.
