NSW Branch Manager – Breanna

Breanna joined AAAF in 2019 as the NSW Branch Manager. She works full-time as an Executive Assistant but will soon be pursuing her career as a solicitor. Breanna developed Alopecia Areata Universalis in 2010. Her passion lies in challenging society’s expectations of beauty, spreading awareness and providing support to people with alopecia. Breanna has a daughter and enjoys playing social netball and reading in her spare time.

Stephanie- NSW Events Coordinator

Stephanie began her adventure with Alopecia Areata at 2 years of age. After growing up and struggling with the many challenges that are associated with living with Alopecia from a young age, she is passionate, enthusiastic and excited to be a part of AAAF and spread further awareness about this disease. Steph is a neonatal ICU nurse who wishes to extend her passion and love of helping others into this new role. Stephanie can be contacted on Stephanie@aaaf.org.au

 

 

NSW  Online Support Group

Support groups are a fantastic way to get in touch with other people who are living with Alopecia Areata, to ask questions and find new friends. Our Facebook groups are closed groups and you will be contacted by an administrator to ensure you are joining the correct state group and are part of the alopecia community.

AAAF runs a wide range of events, from Open Days and Trivia Nights, to pizza dinners and casual catch ups over coffee. These events all aim to provide a supportive atmosphere and chance to socialise with other people who have Alopecia Areata and their families.
