From 14–16 November, the Sunshine Coast will host our annual AAAdventure Camp, a weekend where kids and teens aged 6–18 come together for friendship, fun, and self-confidence.
The camp features team activities, games, and resilience workshops — all designed to help young people with Alopecia Areata feel supported and empowered. Expressions of interest for 2025 are now closed, but families can stay connected with AAAF to be first to know when registrations open next year.
We’re also celebrating Alopecia Areata Awareness Week, an annual initiative to raise awareness and promote understanding of Alopecia Areata. Across Australia, our community will host Boldest Bald Brunches, Crazy Hair Days, and other local events to spread awareness and celebrate diversity.
