Since 2012, the Australian Alopecia Areata Foundation (AAAF) has provided crucial support to young individuals and families dealing with alopecia through their Grant A Wig for Kids program.

 

The program has expanded to assist various demographics, including university students and those over 55, thanks to donor contributions. Emphasizing personal choice, the program offers a $700 grant annually to individuals under 18, covering wig costs and ancillary expenses.

 

AAAF guides applicants through the process, providing vouchers for chosen Wig Providers and streamlining invoicing.
